Series of practice sessions

Suitable for everyone!

If you would like to try mindfulness practice before taking our MBSR course or if you would like to continue to practice in a group setting after MBSR, these sessions are for you.

Comprising of 8 one-hour sessions you can choose from a daytime class held on Wednesdays at 12.30 - 1.30pm or an evening class held on  Thursdays at 5.30 - 6.30pm in the Garden Room of the beautiful Coach House Healing Centre, Marsden, Huddersfield HD76LY.

Booking is essential as places are limited. These sessions run 3 times a year.
