Sally Edward (kindmind) will lead this 3 hour workshop of mindfulness practices. Meeting in the Garden Room of the Coach House Healing centre at 10am we will spend the morning exploring a variety of mindfulness practices designed to lead us into presence - an open-hearted state of present moment awareness. We will use the outside space if the weather is fine so please come dressed for both indoor and outdoor sessions. Refreshments will be provided and we will finish at 1pm. This workshop is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. All welcome!
