Spend 3 hours at the Coach House Healing Centre practicing mindfulness both indoors and out with Sally Edward (kindmind) and Ruth Dodds (park ranger and mindfulness instructor).
We will use the indoor garden room space and also the beautiful grounds of the Coach House Healing Centre to explore stillness, looking, and re-connecting with ourselves and the natural world.
The benefits of both mindfulness meditation and being in nature are well known. This workshops brings the two together to allow us to explore our inner and outer landscapes in a relaxed and open setting.
Please come appropriately dressed for spending time outdoors, whatever the weather, and also for moving/sitting comfortably inside.
Refreshments will be available.
