After MBSR: Mindfulness Based Inner Work

This is a 6 week course for people who have completed MBSR and would like to further their mindfulness-based inner work in a group setting. It will provide a deeper look at the practices learned in MBSR as well as new practices and investigations into underlying patterns of thought and behaviours.

The group will meet for 1.45hrs a week for 6 weeks and the course will include the Silent Day Retreat with current MBSR students.

The class will take place at the beautiful Coach House Healing Centre nr. Marsden, Huddersfield on Tuesday evenings from 7.15pm - 9pm.
